Hello, I’m back from my little experiment. I discovered what was causing me to stay up so late and I was right. The thing that mattered most was talking to my online friends. And…I didn’t really get to break the habit. But I’m more aware of myself now.
The habit cycle was a new way to look into my habits and what triggers them to occur. I’m a self indulgent person and let my bad habits get the best of me, whether they are money focused or not. But by studying your own behavior, it allows you to be able to come up with a way to combat it. If you make the effort, you could seriously turn your life around for the better. It will take a long time, though, if you have been doing it for a while, but I think that can make you more motivated to get rid of it. To conquer an “inner demon”.
